Learn Professional Detailing From Someone Who Does It Every Day.
This is an online course for French-speaking car enthusiasts and aspiring detailers who want to go beyond YouTube. Structured, complete, and built on real professional practice — not theory from someone who has only ever taught.

We detail cars professionally in one of the world's most demanding climates. The course teaches you exactly what we do.
autoshinecare is a professional detailing studio based in Saint-Leu, Réunion — a French overseas department where UV radiation is classified as extreme for most of the year, where salt air deposits on paint within hours of coastal driving, and where volcanic dust from Piton de la Fournaise creates a specific contamination challenge that no mainland French course addresses.
Every technique in this course is something we apply to real client vehicles. Every product recommendation is something we have tested in conditions more demanding than a controlled workshop. Every process step is sequenced the way we sequence it professionally — because doing it out of order produces inferior results.
This is not a content creator's detailing course. It is the curriculum we use to train people to produce professional results.

You've hit the ceiling of what YouTube can teach you.
Free content on car detailing is abundant. It is also fragmented, inconsistent in quality, and almost entirely in English. You can watch hours of machine polishing tutorials and still not understand how pad selection and compound choice interact.
What free content cannot give you is sequence. A professional detailing job is not a collection of individual techniques — it is a process, where each step depends on the one before it and enables the one after it. Getting the sequence wrong does not just reduce the result. It actively damages the work you've already done.
There is no French-language structured course that covers the full professional process. Until now.
A complete process, taught in the correct order.
Module 1 — Safe Wash Methodology
Two-bucket method, snow foam, rinse sequence, drying technique.
After this module:
- You can wash any vehicle without introducing new defects.
- You understand why the first step determines the quality of every step that follows.
Module 2 — Paint Decontamination
Chemical decontamination, clay bar technique, surface inspection.
After this module:
- You understand what is in your paint after washing, and how to remove it correctly.
- You can confirm when decontamination is complete before moving to the next step.
Module 3 — Paint Inspection & Defect Assessment
Reading paint under inspection lighting. Identifying swirl marks, etching, oxidation. Using a paint depth gauge.
After this module:
- You can accurately assess any panel before deciding on the level of correction to apply.
- You understand what is and is not correctable without body repair.
Module 4 — Machine Polishing & Paint Correction
Dual-action and rotary machine basics. Pad and compound selection. Technique, pressure, pass pattern. How to correct without burning through clear coat.
After this module:
- You can machine polish a vehicle to a professional standard.
- The technique most hobbyists are afraid to try becomes the one you do with confidence.
Module 5 — Ceramic Coating Application
Surface preparation for coating. Application technique, flash, levelling, cure management. Common errors and how to avoid them.
After this module:
- You can apply a consumer-grade ceramic coating correctly and achieve results that last, not streak.
- You can inspect a coating for high spots before they cure.
Module 6 — Product Knowledge & Selection
How to evaluate products without relying on marketing claims. What to look for in UV resistance, hydrophobic durability, and humidity tolerance.
After this module:
- You can choose your own products confidently.
- You understand why one product outperforms another in specific conditions.
Module 7 — Building a Detailing Business
Pricing your services, client communication, workflow management, equipment to start with.
After this module:
- A foundation for charging for your skills and delivering a professional-level service.
This course is for you if:
- You detail your own car on weekends and the results are inconsistent — you're not sure why.
- You've watched enough YouTube to know the vocabulary but not how the steps connect.
- You want to machine polish your own car but are afraid of doing it wrong on expensive paint.
- You're considering starting a detailing side business and want to learn the skill first.
- You've paid for professional detailing and want to understand what you're paying for — or achieve the same result yourself.
- You want instruction from someone who applies the techniques professionally, not from a content creator.
